Delivery Timeframes
We strive to meet the following estimated timeframes after your order has been dispatched:
Republic of Ireland (Standard): Typically takes 2–3 working days.
Republic of Ireland (Express): Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before a specific cutoff time.
Northern Ireland: Generally takes 3–5 working days.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates. While we use trusted couriers to achieve these targets, delivery dates are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for reasonable delays outside our direct control.
Delivery Process & Important Notes
Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders received before our daily cutoff on the same working day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Order Tracking: Following dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Proof of Delivery: For security and verification, all deliveries require a signature or a safe place photograph taken by the courier.
Non-Delivery / Cancellation Rights: In line with Irish Consumer Law, if your goods are not delivered within the initial 30 days, or by a later date specifically agreed upon with us, you have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund, including any standard delivery charges you paid.
Data Security: Your personal information (Name, Address, and Phone Number) is securely shared only with our trusted courier partners for the sole purpose of fulfilling your delivery contract. This is a necessary and transparent process conducted in full compliance with GDPR.
